horrible customer service. my internet has been spotty for several weeks now - going in and out every few minutes starting about midday. I've called their customer service many times and each time i have to be on the line with an AI agent for 20ish minutes before I'm able to speak with someone. They sent me a tech twice, and both techs did not fix the problem. now when i try to call i'm actually unable to get through to anyone, even when i try to cancel my services my call disconnects.

My technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved before leaving. Thank you so much for helping this single momma out with bored children.

I wish the cables could have been buried the same day the tech came out to connect service.

Quick and fast very reliable

All of your technicians are stellar. On the other hand it’s the phone service and waiting time I deplore. You rarely get anyone who speaks English or you get an AI bot. If I do get a real person it’s only after I’ve been circulated on the phone for nearly an hour. That’s why I get in my car and drive to your Altoona office to get a technician scheduled….all done in 20 min. Look at Spectrum. We have them in FL. English speaking customer service and real people who answer within 3 min and care.

The tech rep I had Ramsey was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is a great asset for Breezeline.
