I've continued service from buy out of wide open west where I was a long time customer there. I have rarely been disappointed in service except where my underground line was cut by another company and repairs took over a week before it was addressed. But in general I'm always hearing the local competition being complained about on public platforms for having bad service wheather it is because of storms or repairs
