What I like about Breezeline is the human interactions I have received thus far being a customer. What I dont dislike is the constant change to service with no notice. When there's going to be IT Techs outside working on the service. Its very frustrating coming home to utilize the wifi and cant connect to your own wifi for 2 days because your domain name changed without NOTICE! I was up to date on my bill and everything. Ridiculous & frustrating!

The process of getting through the automated voice assistant is quite painful. All I wanted was to speak to a human. You make it very difficult. Oh, and by the way, you’re ALWAYS experiencing high call volumes.

The tech, Aaron, was amazing. We had a really great time with him. Getting internet installed was actually fun!!!

Fantastic customer service! Breezeline support is 10/10

Breezeline has the worst customer service. I switched to their fiber optic plan on June 4th; installer came out, put in the service, took the old equipment & left. My bill didn't go down to the new fiber optic lower pricing for over a month later. Called multiple times to get an explanation & could not understand the people I spoke with (I speak English clearly). My last contact re the bill in July, they opened a Breezeline support ticket #1333755. Haven't heard a word from them. My account still shows equipment to be returned. Did a chat and rep states account shows nothing to be returned. Trying to get my account onto seasonal service shutoff so I filled the form online but you don't get any confirmation. Tried to get an answer via chat and rep never comes into the chat. I despise this company; their internal systems are awful and they treat their paying customers poorly. We don't have other options for service in the small town that I live in. Please - somebody acquire these clowns and straighten them out!

The operator was so rude. They transferred me to the tech department without saying a word before I could even finish my sentence It’s so frustrating! They act like they’re the only ones who are busy—we’re busy too! They have absolutely no manners.

Ordered service,equipment didn't work, canceled account, sent equipment back. They are 5 months later still charging me for services never rendered. Now collection company harassing me. Filed FCC complaint, no response from Breezeline.

Tech Mohamed was very polite, quick, respectful and mindful of being clean, due to it had just stopped raining. I would definitely recommend Breezeline for not only low monthly bill but great customer service too! Breezeline is on their way to being #1 in Columbus Ohio and that’s 💯! Give them a try before you try “anyone else”, you won’t be sorry!
