For close to twenty years, my wife and I have been WOW/Breezeline internet only service users. In all these years, we can only count on one hand the times we had any serious internet outages. Additionally, the few times we had to call customer service, we always had a solid experience (none more than most recent when speaking with Jennifer from Ohio). We will remain Breezeline customers for these reasons. Thank you, Breezeline!

Excellent customer service, easy trouble shooting and always able to reach a representative. The price is far above any other phone service with better service.

I paid breezline $55 $50 September 19

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE TECHNICIAN, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID HIS JOB VERY QUICKLY. HE DIDNT HURRY JUST TO GET DONE, HE WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PROBABLY HIS LAST INSTALL OF THE DAY AND VERY WARM OUTSIDE HE WAS VERY NICE.

Signed up with a door knocker that came by the house. Was told equipment would show up next day and technicians would also be out to swap out at the pole. Equipment showed up, but no technicians. Waited for a week and nothing. So I called and canceled. Then returned their equipment and received a email confirmation when received. Then I received a bill, I didn't give it any attention because I figured they made a mistake. Now I received a collections notice. Lets see what I have to go through to get this removed.

Great customer serv9ce and a really nice guy!

I have been an internet customer since before the company became Breezeline. We started with Metrocast, then it changed to AtlanticBB and now to Breezeline. We always had very good customer support with Metrocast because they had local offices you could visit. Customer service went down with AtlanticBB but still was ok. But when Breezeline showed up it all changed. Internet going in and out at random times, etc. I finally switched to Starlink and canceled my Breezeline account in May 2026; downloaded a return label for my equipment and shipped it back. I continued to receive bills for my equipment even though tracking showed it was delivered in May. Then it was turned over to a collection bureau regardless of my multiple calls and proof of delivery. Worst, worst, worst customer service especially with their call center full of reps you can hardly understand. Don't waste your time with Breezeline.

The Breezeline technician was polite and resolved the issue quickly. This was also completed on a national holiday; very impressive.
