Technicians were excellent, getting them here using Breezeline support was poor. Support phone number didn't function, help person when I finally managed to find same was very difficult to deal with.

Extremely unreliable internet service from Breezeline. Our service is constantly going down, making it incredibly frustrating to depend on Breezeline for everyday internet needs. The outages and interruptions happen far too frequently, and it has gotten to the point where we never know when the internet is going to stop working. For the price we pay, we expect a reliable connection—not a service that repeatedly goes down and leaves us without internet. Having to constantly deal with outages is unacceptable and has become a major inconvenience. Breezeline seriously needs to address the reliability issues in our area. Customers should be able to count on having the service they are paying for. Service Electric please come to my area!!

Technician explained everything he did well. Very respectful very nice. Trey, the sales person that came to our door did a wonderful job explaining everything so the product very nice seem to be very honest in a beautiful smile.
