The hat sizes are so inconsistent even when it is the same exact model hat. I'm on my 5th exchange now. I have had correspondence with the company via email multiple times where they send you gift cards for exchanges to use as store credit. They have sent me the same gift card code multiple when I needed different gift card codes for each hat. I finally got frustrated, and I asked them to handle it since I was having so much difficulty, which is what any business would do at that point. I emailed them again, saying I never received the extra codes and asked them if they would send them again. They wanted to die on some silly hill, saying that had sent them to me over again and sent me screenshots saying it was sent and saying that I used a different email in our email correspondence ( only one time) which was still part of the same email chain. I never got the codes, and the one code that I did get was sent over and over again. Not the other codes.Boston Scally, just send the code and quit arguing with me and trying to be right. This company has serious customer service issues and no consistency in sizing. I have hats in multiple sizes from them, but this is the last time I will order from them.

Received my Boston Scally Cap this afternoon (it took nearly 7 weeks to arrive!) I ordered the 'Bareknuckle' 'charcoal and slate'. Fabric is horrible, almost threadbare, the inside lining is just as bad. Honestly, I've requested my monies back, I'll never wear this cap. it's the worst quality cap of this style that I've seen to date. If they were $5.00 - $8.00 USD you would be accepting of the fabric quality, but @ $49.00 USD per cap + shipping. it's overpriced and under delivered. received a reply, advising that i may get a refund minus a 'restocking and shipping fee'. Do yourself a favour, shop elsewhere.

I ordered the Irish Rose Peaky and received it in 4 days out in Cali. I loved the fabric and design looks awesome. Not sure how some folks are having sizing issues. Maybe just unique head shapes. I wear a size 7 1/4 hat, so I matched that up on their sizing chart with M/L. Fits very well. Looking forward to ordering more Scally hat types.

I have been a customer of Boston Scally for some time. Today found out that their products are made in PRC, Peoples Republic of China. No more business from me, I'll be switching to an American made company like Mulligans.

Caps are not the same colors as shown on the web site. I ordered a flat cap from the garden series that was blue in the web page picture but when it arrived it was a dull purple. They were kind enough to send me a return label but not credit the $8.50 I paid for shipping. I ordered a second cap from the same stand collection thinking this wold be better as the colors was berry and looked like a lite blue. I got the cap and this one is a dull green/navy in color, again not anything like the web page picture. So now I am out $17.00 in shipping cost and will just, disappointedly keep this one, but probably never buy another one from them

We ordered a cap in Topaz blue. The cap we received was more teal. Their packing slip listed the color as Ocean blue. The "Customer Service" told me it was a problem with my screen even though their site clearly showed a light blue on 3 devices. Just know that if you have an issue with your order, their customer service is poor at best. The cap is going back and I won't be replacing it with their product.

My hat arrived right on time & the fit ( if you follow their chart) is just the right size. I found the quality to be very good. I look forward to making another purchase in the near future and the hard part is deciding on the wide range of styles, color & fabric to choose from. Looks like I’ll be buying more than one.

I purchased a cap from Boston Scally and then bought 4 more. I was taking care of my mother for two months (she passed 2 May). I live in NC and she in OH. During that time three new caps arrived at my home in NC. I didn’t like the color of two of them and by time I returned home I missed the 30 day return window. Explained situation to Boston Scally and that I wanted to exchange two caps for different color/style. Because of the 30 return policy they refused to work with me. Even though I love the product and get a ton of compliments, they lost a customer in me and I will never recommend them. Unfortunate.
