We had a great experience at secrets silversands by way of book VIP. The manager roger at secrets made sure everything was first class and had help from Guisselle at the front desk concierge who really took care of us. I would highly recommend using book VIP! It saved us a ton! Silversands is the best place we have stayed thus far.

It was good. Everything went smoothly. The resort wasn't bad. Could have been cleaner. We did have to sit through a time share seminar which is off putting for lots of folks. But you do save money.
