After being told by several agents (and verification process) we qualified for the tour, we arrived at the tour site to be told pur income did not count (SS and pension) and WD would be billed the full nightly rate and not receive the tickets to attractions I purchased or a refund for them. After many frustrated calls, they pulled and reviewed my booking and confirmation (I had to fight to get them to) they admitted they "dropped the ball and were truly sorry pur trip was ruined as we had to come home early) and still refuse to pay back more than $34. I have contacted legal represntation who says since the calls are recorded and show they are in breach of contract they owe us the full amount paid. I just want to avoid others the embarrassment (of being told in front of everyone in the lobby we didn't qualify then escorted us to the door). Having to stress about finances since they wanted the full amount and having to come home early and being out the cost of the tickets!! It seems WS qualified for book VIP but not the resort who diacriminages against the elderly, retired and disabled (westgate reaorts in Gatlinburg) as rhey do not consider any of these "income" and refuse to allow these groups to purchase timeshares etc.

Our trip was fantastic! We built memories that our family will never forget. Our kids enjoyed themselves even more than my wife and I. Our ten year old told me on the plane that he was happy to go home to see our dog, but was really sad to leave because he had such a great time. He said it was the best vacation of his life and would love to come back. The property at Villa Del Pal Mar was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and the service was amazing from the restaurants, to the pool, to the beach. Everything about your process simple and efficient. Our required presentation took place on the day we expected and lasted no longer than was described. We did not buy but that did not impact how we were treated. The sale-people were incredibly nice and never applied pressure. If Hector and Bobby were in charge of all timeshares sales related to Mexican based properties, they would already be sold out. Thank you again for the incredible opportunity and the amazing deal. We would without hesitation book through BookVIP again anywhere in the world! If this were a Yelp review I would give you and Villa Del Pal Mar the highest possible rating. Thank you again.

In Orlando now booked this vacation 5 mos ago, i purchased a package for four people but they only inculded two tickets to parks, total deception!!!!! The Resort is old and tired, dirty, couches and chais stained. THE GOOD REVIEWS MUST NOT BE TRUE, IM HERE AND REGRETTING TRUSTING THIS COMPANY, DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

Great vacation, the hotel was perfect for a family time off, children loved the pool and adults loved the rest time in quiet and comfort. Easy to book and great customer service, keeping us updated about our trip. Will use BookVIP again 😀😀

We booked Morritt's Tortuga Resort through BookVIP.com for a week long stay in Grand Cayman, and it was a great experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the resort was gorgeously set on the East End of the island. There were no hidden costs associated with our reservation, and we were treated superbly by the entire staff at Morritt's. Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for something amazing in Grand Cayman. The diving staff was wonderful as well, and we had an amazing time. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

We booked our vacation through Book VIP and had a great experience. Our stay at the Mayan Palace in Rivera Maya was wonderful- the resort was clean, the food was great and the staff was responsive.
