this isn't so much a review of the company just a general thought. I was so excited to book w the company but I'm 29 and wont be 30 until December my husband is 32 but when we tried to make the reservation they denied us. ive been to so many different time share reviews ad have never been discriminated against because I'm only in my 20s. what a shame we are well off and have great jobs and plenty of money to spend with our kiddos but we are just gonna have to go w wyndham I guess. what a bummer we were really looking forward to this. I know ill get the response w the copy and paste version of their talk about sending 1,000's of people on vacation but I guess we just have to be old to do it. I even tried to book the reservation for when I am thirty. around my birthday and the stupid woman I spoke w asked me to call back when I was an adult and hung up on me.

I was a bit skeptical at first. Took a chance and I'm so glad I did. We stayed at the Best Western in New Smyrna Beach Florida. The location is right on the beach...beautiful. the accommodation was nice, spacious and full kitchen without stove/oven. Great experience

This is a typical bait and switch company. I booked reservation and paid in full when I tried to cancel they told me I couldn't because I had to do that 7 days after I made the reservation. LIARS! No one ever told me that and they claim they are on a recorded line.

We had an excellent time! The grand view was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and had everything my family of 6 needed in it! The pools were amazing, with 5 pools we were able to move from pool to pool and it was like we had our own pool most of the time! I've never heard my wife and kids say how relaxed they felt and how they didn't want it to end! Thank you bookvip.com!!!

I booked through this company with an agreement to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation. I ended up in a presentation for 4 hours and $100 in gaming chips, which is a problem because I don't play tables. When I asked to change it the resort referred me to BookVIP. The agent I got told me to contact the hotel. When I explained that the hotel told me to contact them, he said that there was nothing he could do for me. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me the only one was on break. I had to argue with him because my presentation was 4 hours instead of the 90 minute I agreed to. When I asked again to speak to a supervisor, he said he was busy. I said I'd wait. A few moments later, he hung up on me. The rep I spoke to argued with me and escalated the entire situation and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I will never use this service again

I purchased a 3 night 4 day stay for Gatlinburg for 149.00. A week before the trip was called saying their was a problem with the reservation. I paid for a 1 bedroom that would sleep four. Now that one bedroom was not available, only a studio. I told them I paid for a 1 bedroom. I was put on hold and when they came back, they could get a one bedroom at a different location but the price will now be 399.00. Cancelled and got my oney back. Can't say I would trust them. I have read your response to me. I appreciate the complimentary stay offer, but it does not make up for the fact that both my husband and I have to plan our vacations in advance and one made can not be changed. Yes, my money was refunded but again this does not make up for a ruined vacation. I don't find it a good business practice to notify someone that you have overbooked this at last minute. This was also my sons last year for a family vacation with us. Vacation is mow over for us for this year and my experience with your company was not pleasant. I'm glad others are happy but we are not.
