This Company is not worth the time or effort. You spend the time to fill out your order online and then you are forced to call India to talk to someone that can not speak English!

This Company is not worth the time or effort. You spend the time to fill out your order online and then you are forced to call India to talk to someone that can not speak English! They tell you "You entered in your Credit Card Number incorrectly" and you need to give it to them. You are asked to navigate to a Website to sign a document. The first thing I noticed is this is not a Secure Web Site. After a day or two you get a call from BookingVIP aka India stating that "your card was declined" and you have to supply your Credit Card Number again. I checked my bank and I was charged and then refunded. This sounds a bit Fishy. I continued to get multiple calls an this same Booking. Now they want me to send a Statement from my Credit Card Company. This Website is a waste of time! Seems like a SCAM!!

Really good experience.
We get everything we needed for the price we did pay. Clean room, friendly employees, Pretty and clean Beach. In simple words: Nice vacation.

We had a great time. From the staff to the food, to the decorum to the liquor everything was amazing. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning very soon..

One great trip to Cabo
Villa del palmar is the oldest property but it was nice and clean. All inclusive is a deal food was above average. Even though we didn't get the junior suite that was promised and no indoor pool it was an amazing trip👍

Book VIP is a BAIT and SWITCH
My daughter and her mother booked a vacation for September over the phone, was never told about the minimum income and now is being told she can not take the trip for the stated price due to the fact they make 4k less than the fine print states. First of all, they should never have taken the money without stating this requirement. But now they are saying monies is non refundable and want her to pay an extra fee to stay. This is ridiculous!! She is currently waiting for a "manager" to call back but i advised her to call the BBB in the meantime. All we ask is for them to honor her phone agreement and they couldn't handle that simple task. TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!!!!!

You can save up to save 70% off the retail rate on the promotional packages because the resort's are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the promotional resort preview. The resort's set the requirement's not BookVIP. The resort's eligibility requirement's are listed in the "Terms & Conditions" located at the bottom of each special offer web page and before we charge the customer each person agrees to electronic terms & conditions which we send via email and it stipulates the income which we go over the phone on a recorded line as well. That being said, I will be happy to look into this issue personally to get resoved..
