Amazing booking experience.
We were very skeptical at first but as we moved forward with the booking process and communication with the resort and agents, the worry became less. Overall we had a wonderful experience, the resort Secrets Papagayo is an excellent place to stay. Would definitely book with bookvip.com again.

Thank you for your feedback Wesley. It's always great to hear how people enjoyed their vacations and I am sure Secrets Costa Rica was incredible! Some of our customers like you are skeptical at first because our prices are 70% to 80% below regular travel sites like Expedia & Trivago. As you know, the reason you can save up to save 70% off the retail rate on the promotional packages because the resort's are subsidizing the cost of the vacation in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements and attending the promotional resort preview. BookVIP is the largest provider of promotional packages which exclusive deals you can not find anywhere else. As one of the fastest growing companies, this forum is very important to me as an owner as we are always looking to hear from our customers and improve. I am also very proud, we have more customer actual video reviews than any other travel site http://bookvip.com/sitereviews
