Utilizing BookVIP allows me to travel safely and economically. This was my third vacation with BookVIP and all three vacations have been excellent! The staff, beach, and manmade reef at Sandos were amazing.

We went to Secrets at the end of september. This had me a little worried reading on line about Guanacaste because it is their rainy season. It was fantastic! !! Everything was so green and lush and we had a lot more sun than rain. The staff and all the people from the Guanacaste region were with out a doubt the nicest and most polite people I have had the pleasure to meet.

I had a pleasant experience with Bookvip.com and I was pleased with my vacation, my checking, my booking and everything! I hada great vacation and I would definitely use Bookvip.com again!

Bought a vacation package, then received a phone call from them at a later date saying that the adults only resort was changing to a family resort. We have no interest in the family resort, but they took care of us offering some other awesome packages.

We took a chance while scrolling through facebook on an all inclusive trip for 2 with Bookvip.com. The trip was more than we could have ever dreamed of. I asked several people that we met and they were paying 4 times the price that we did for the same number of days! Secrets Resort in Punta Cana was the most beautiful, clean and friendly place that we had ever visited. We have traveled to many all inclusive resorts including Sandals and the Palace Resort lines. Secrets was a slam dunk!

I had not one unfulfilled expectation. Everything went exactly as promised, no hidden fees, and not one glitch. My family and I had a wonderful time...thank you for the experience.
