worst experience ever!!! I booked with 10 days before a hotel for new years eve, they took my money then with 2 days before my departure they tell meit is not available anymore after I already payed, more than that they wantedto apply penalties. Really? Huge scam, I don't know what exactly is the deal with this people but tome appears like a huge scam....

Through book VIP my wife and I were able to visit Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was an awesome and breathtaking resort. The entire resort was well kept and constantly cleaned. We enjoyed the weather, food, and live nightly entertainment. The fire blowing guy was truly amazing. The all inclusive drinks was a very nice touch as everyday they have what's called the drink of the day. Be sure to eat at Mercure French restaurant as the food was outstanding with very nice and mannerable servers. Upon arrival to the resort we were greeted at the main lobby front desk with a smile, eye contact, handshake, and a "welcome home" statement. Also, the bell hop gave us a cold towel for our head and a nice lady approached us with refreshments. The beach view is totally breathtaking. Overall we had a blast and discovered it's much easier to understand or get around the resort by speaking Spanish. If you're not a Spanish speaking person then you may want to consider learning or having someone with you who can. I was outdone by the beauty of the resort and the genuine happiness of all the workers at the resort(s). With every served drink or dish I thanked my server for was always followed by"it's my pleasure". It truly made us feel welcome like we were truly home. Thank you book VIP. Guys, if you want to see this resort then I strongly recommend it as the price is amazing. I just want to add the only requirement is to sit in on a ninety minute sales pitch for travel purchases. More than half of the ninety minutes we spent on a tour of the resort with a nice lady. It was all good. Again, thank you book VIP. It was our honeymoon and you guys made it possible. Thank you guys 😊

We enjoyed our six days in Mexico due to the attitude of the down to earth people we met who served us meals and assisted us, even the vacation share people were nice and I actually enjoyed the presentation! However, management was very inefficient and not at all detailed oriented except to charge us an extra 750 dollars for a violation of a term in the contract that we never received prior to leaving on the vacation. Actually, we never did receive this document under the reservation name! We found the front UVC personnel a bit uncooperative and unreasonable to our situation.

I tried booking a trip on this site and paid for it 4 times with 4 different confirmation codes,..and they never got it right,..told me I had to use a different email,..and it still did NOT go through despite always sending me confirmation numbers,..CANNOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!
