My husband and I were so apprehensive about booking our vacation through bookvip.com. Honestly, had we not known someone personally who had previously used bookvip, and had it not been for our lack of funds due to the fact that I was previously working as a health insurance specialist, and had been laid off twice in less than four months, we probably would have never thought to book a vacation through BookVip. We followed the directions to a T, and did everything that was asked of us, and our booking, trip, and travel were so seamless! I honestly think the bad reviews come from those who did not listen, and did not follow the directions. We never had to change our dates, so I cannot speak for that experience, and that could have changed our opinion. Did we have to sit through over a 90 minute sales presentation? Yes. Did we know about it up front? 100%! Would we do it again to save crazy money on our next trip? Absolutely! The reason why the sales presentation lasted longer than the 90 minutes was our own fault, we asked so many questions, and still ended up declining their offer. We did get to see another sister resort that was beautiful, and have a nice lunch while we were there. Talking to other guests who had paid full price, we literally saved thousands! We stayed at Secrets Silversands in Riviera Maya, and having stayed at numerous Sandals resorts in the past, we were very pleased with the quality of our stay! Thank you BookVip, we will definitely use you again!!!

I BOOKED A TRIP WITH BOOKVIP.COM TO THE FINISTERA IN CABO, MEXICO. THE PRICE WAS GREAT. EXCEPT THEY DONT TELL YOU BEFORE YOU PAY THAT YOUR PARTNER OR SPOUSE MUST LIVE TOGETHER FOR THE REASON YOU MUST AGREE TO LISTEN TO A 3 HR PRESENTATION WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVE ON BUYING A TIME SHARE. ALSO THEY DONT MENTION THAT AT CHECK-IN THAT THEY WILL PUT A $1500 HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. AFTER BEING TOLD THIS AFTER PAYING ONLINE, ON THE PHONE I WAS TOLD THIS AND SINCE I REJECTED BOTH I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO STAY AT ANOTHER RESORT WHICH I REBUTTED. SO NOW THEY EMAILED ME TO REFUND MY MONEY BUT I ALREADY PAID FOR MY FLIGHT SO I NOW HAVE TO SCAMBLE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

My spouse and I just cancelled our recently booked trip on BookVip because we just found out after speaking to one of their representatives that we DO NOT QUALIFY for this trip because of these reasons 1) We have already been to this hotel on many occasions [but never attended one of these long presentations] 2) This promotion is only for first time visitors 3) MUST Attend a 90 - 120 minute vacation ownership presentation at Krystal Cancun 4) You and your spouse MUST meet the AGE limitations (30 - 70 yrs old) and 5) You must meet the minimum income threshold (i.e. If legally Single Women 32-60 old with annual income of $45,000.00 USD or greater. 6) If bringing a guest, it MUST be immediate family member ONLY, not friends. Single women are not eligible for Group Travel. 7) Single men do not qualify.

This was my first experience with BookVIP and I will definitely be a return customer. Our accommodations were even better than we had hoped and we had the greatest time on our trip. The price made it even better, we were able to do more on the trip because of the amazing deal we got on the price of our stay. Would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends.

The one bedroom condo was so clean and had everything that one needs. Bookvip was a good choice in making this reservation and I will use them again for my next trip.

Bookvip was was a great way to book our trip. I was in sure at first but they prove to be reliable. I could call with any question and they would have the answer .
