This resort was awesome. Very clean, well maintained, lots to do. Loved the children activities. Can't wait to visit again!

We booked this deal through BookVIP.com and we knew full well what the requirements were. I will say we were a little hesitant to do this but took the plunge! The check in process was very smooth and no questions at all! We did have to go to a 2hr presentation over purchasing well, pretty much times shares. Our presenter was very informative and was not overly pushy. We knew going in that this was part of the deal and expected a lot more hassle and intimidation. But he was very personable and ultimately understood that we could not commit at the time. Our hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Being in close proximity to mostly everything on the River Walk and downtown was a huge bonus! We go to San Antonio at least 2 times a year and it was so nice to save some money on the hotel this time! I do recommend booking with BookVIP.com and going to a presentation as it was very informative and wish we could have been able to commit.

My family and I had such a great time on our trip to Wisconsin Dells through BookVIP. At first I was a little skeptical since I saw the deal on Facebook but from the first phone call BookVIP's customer service was excellent and each time I called after that I received the same level of service. We will definitely book another vacation through BookVIP!

We had an excellent experience. Everyone we delt with was very pleasant and helpful. The facility was everything that was promised and more. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a nice location, staff was friendly and post staff did well to resolve my issues.

My husband & I were there on a 4 day 3 night stay (for our 1 year anniversary) and I have to say we both were completely blown away! Westgate was very attentive to our request & all the staff was just NICE, warm and welcoming to us during our stay! We plan on making a YEARLY trip back to Westgate ! Keep doing what ever it is that you're doing...IT WORKED FOR US!👍🏽👍🏽
