Todo es excelente, la vista al mar, el servicio, la limpieza, su personal muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Meseros en la playa, la comida deliciosa a la carta y el el Bufet de almuerzo 😋. Realmente lo recomiendo.

I have booked before and had a great time, no problems. I booked tonight on a flash sale but haven't received an email confirmation so I called. I was told I should have received an email conformation. Puzzled. Hope it will be as good as last time. :)

I booked a trip, paid & full. When customer service contacted me to ask me a few questions; they then told me that I couldn't use BookVip because i'm not 30. This information was hidden on the terms & conditions, which is at the bottom of the page hidden where you have to hit an external link to even read. The site was quick to take my money, slow to refund it, and never made it CLEAR before purchase that I had to be 30. Lol ok.

Hi Kaylah, Hello Varunkaushik, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry the we were unable to accept your business for that paricular promotional offer. We do have other offers where you only need to over age 21+ and apologize if that wasnt conveyed properly. BookVIP is the leading providing of promotional packges. The reason the packages are up to 83% is because the resorts are subsidzing the discount in exchange for meeting the resort's eligiblity requirements Since the resort is subsidizing the cost of the promotional package, the resort sets the eligibility requirements NOT BookVIP. The requirement's are in Terms & Conditions listed at the bottom of each special offer web page which we go over with every customer before they are charged. Additionally, each resort has different requirements and we have promotional rates for married, cohab and single. My apologies if that wasnt explained properly As an owner I stand behind our promotional packages 100% and you can reach out to me directly [email protected] I am proud in the fact we have sent over 1 million happy customer and have more customer video testimonials reviews than any travel web site in the world. http://www.bookvip.com/sitereviews Here is video explaining How BookVIP Works And Why We Are Able To Offer Packages UP to 83% Off https://youtu.be/8xvEe7L3v4E James Colligan Owner BookVIP.com
