We had a lovely time. The Marina Fiesta Resort was nice, the staff top notch and the pools were clean with plenty of loungers. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel offered buffet for meals on property, they were no frills but pleasant. Our AI plan included several restaurants just outside the hotel and they were wonderful. My only issue was the timing, I'll never go to Mexico during Spring Break again. It did get loud a couple times. Lesson learned. I have recommended BookVIP.com to friends and acquaintances many times and will continue to do so.

i apply for my trip i call i have reservations number and yes what i was waiting and waiting and they told me i tranfer you to other departments and nothing happened so these website is fake

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Sirenis Mexico. We stayed in ACAT which was very close to restuarsnts, pools, and entertainment. Of the 9 resorts we have been to in the last 15 years this one WINS in Food, Child Kids Club, Entertainment, and Kids activities. The views on beach beat all we have seen as well. Just impressed and as an added bonus this is Air Conditioning in restuarants and believe me this is a big deal when you have had the opposite of sweating while eating. Great time overall!!!
