Easy and effective

Best prices I could find on required books. Shipping a bit slower then I would have preferred but was worth it for the prices

I just wanted to leave a review for the excellent customer service this company has provided, i placed an order and i didn’t notice i had a few extra books in the cart bringing my cart total to $300+, I reached out via email requesting an order cancellation and my problem was quickly resolved within 24 hours they took responsibility for my mess up, definitely recommend booksgoat!

Super easy process! Very impressed!

I ordered a wrong book from Booksgoat, and realized it until I received it. However, the customer service still gave me the full refund even that's not their fault at all. Not even mentioned the book arrived on time and in really good condition. Definitely will buy books from Booksgoat again!
