Easy to use and quick delivery of my pdf

BooksGOAT had the textbook I needed at half the price of other book sellers. The delivery was prompt (within 7 days) with a real person available to answer questions. I highly recommend BooksGoat and will continue to use their services.

I ordered a textbook, my order duplicated/doubled at the time of order, I contacted them to try to rectify the situation, no response and I have not been able to access their contact since. Now 16 days later and too late to help the book/s arrived and I still cannot contact them to return the books as I had to drop the class, I will not receive any refund for the class either so I will have to take it again so I will be out more more money there. I regret dealing with them at all!

Bought 2 books, one came in within 4 days and other one after 7 days, for 50-60% discounted prices even 30 days waiting was no problem :) thanks!
