Corrupted book, have not received refund yet. I received a message from the seller that the book was corrupt, however I have yet to see the refund. I have requested they refund a week ago.

I purchased the FE exam stud book last week. I received my pdf in the next day and they were communicative during day time and provided prompt responses to my other questions as well.

I got the book fast and in great condition! I also found it on here for a fraction of what my college book store was charging me.

I purchased a book from them last year. I inadvertently ordered two of the same books. I immediately called and explained my situation to them and they said they would take care of it. They said when the other book comes just let them know and they will make arrangements for it to be mailed back. Honestly, I was a little bit like yeah sure OK because unfortunately, they said they already processed it and that’s how it is. Well, they definitely shocked the heck out of me. I received a return postage sticker plus my money was already refunded prior to me getting a return label. All they asked me to do was put the label on it that was addressed to another person that bought the same book next state over or somewhere in the same state. I did immediately and everybody was happy and I’ll be honest I was very shocked because the book was so super cheap compared to everybody else was selling it even Amazon, so thanks. As far as the date of my experience, I’m not exactly sure August 5 is just a guess, but it was last year.

The book was in great conditions and price was excellent for my budget.
