Ordered books...charged immediately. Waited the 14 day delivery period noted on their website. Nothing. No books. Contacted via email (the only means of communicating) and no response. Check the FB page. Same 7 people like their posts. Check their NY address. There is no Suite 1101, there is no one on the 11th Floor. This is clearly a scam. Stay as far away as possible and spread the word.

I hve never received my order from bookgoal.com. they have never answer to my emails. Bookgoal is just a scam. Their cheap price is just a trap. Totally dishonest.

I ordered a htf paperback book for $32. Expensive but my daughter really wanted it. Told it had been dispatched but never arrived. Was promised a refund but now they are not answering my emails. I don’t believe they ever had the book. Total scam
