I received excellent customer service when I thought my ebook download did not get sent to me. Turns out it went to my spam mail.

I needed a last-minute textbook for a six week course so I bought the online version. Trying to download it was a bit confusing at first but once I figured it out my access code had expired which made me nervous as I had assignments due for the class in a couple days. I messaged the support team and they promptly sent me a new access code and I was able to download my book! Great customer service.

I contacted booksgoat.com to return the book due to financial issues and canceled the class. Giselle—such a good-hearted person—told me that she would process the refund first and the shipping department would issue the label so I could return the book. Thank you very much, Giselle, for your kind help. I feel like I was cared for very nicely by your company. Wish you and your company the best.

The book I ordered had a missing component. They acknowledged it was entirely an error on their part and immediately found a way to rectify the problem.
