I sent an email to the customer service after I placed a last minute order in hopes I would get it on time before my class starts. Got a response from Giselle, and she explained that turnaround is usually 4-7 business days which is completely understandtable. Next thing I know, I got an email from FedEx with a tracking number from Booksgoat with INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY. I got the book in 2 days after placing the order! I would surely recommend this company. They’re legit and responds within 24 hours!

When I purchase an online book, I expect to be able to access it as long as I want/need to. Instead, I have 30 days to download a 681 page book to my computer. Obviously, this is not a long term storage option, so I've WASTED MY MONEY. Save your money and buy from Ebay or used from Amazon

I just found them nearing the end of my Master's program. I truly wish I'd found them sooner. I was blown away by how quickly my books arrived as I wasn't expecting less than a week since placing my order. I did need help from customer service as well. This was handled very kindly by Giselle beyond my expectations, again! I know some people say don't use booksgoat, but I will, for any books we may need in the future. I never like to pay the outrageous prices for books and this has been a great experience all around because I paid less than half and I got my book far faster than I expected. I am very pleased!

I purchased what I thought was a book but it turned out it was an e-book. I sent one email, they promptly answered and made a refund. Very quick, easy and professional. I would use this company again

Nothing is real about this company, they only respond before you make payments but after they receive your payment, they stops responding
