I love this subscription box, it brings you loads of different authentic Japanese snacks and candy, all of which are amazing from my experience. I would definitely recommend bokksu if anyone wants to try a great value for money subscription box!

Loved it, the packaging and the letters were all pretty, the candy even better. I made a little mistake in address, but they still shipped it right and fast. Definitely a smart choice.

I've been subscribed to Bokksu for a couple of months now and am amazed by the quality of their snacks. Other boxes I looked at seem to have things I could get at any Japanese convenience store in NYC but Bokksu's snacks are unique and definitely higher quality. I've been getting the tasting box but I think I might upgrade to the classic box since there are more of each snack.

Everything came in melted. I contacted the company, but they not only didn't take any responsibility but also didn't provide any solution. This company is a scam, don't buy from them.

We're sorry to hear that your chocolates arrived in such poor condition. As we mentioned in our response to your initial contact, we make sure that each box's contents are in perfect condition and sealed before we ship them out. It's unfortunate that the local postal carriers treated your shipment so carelessly, but we also always offer to ship replacement boxes if these rare instances occur. Since you never replied to our response to you, we were unable to confirm if you would like a replacement box. Please feel free to reach out to us again at [email protected] if you need assistance with your order.

I've been a subscriber for 4 months now and want to say Bokksu has been an absolutely wonderful experience. I say "experience" versus because it has really been more than just treats to me. 1. The company and customer service has been outstanding and attentive. The staff and Danny are extremely responsive, both via email and social media. I've had questions and comments and they really show they care about their subscribers. 2. The Bokksu offerings are generous and thoughtful. I've traveled to Japan many times and the culture of a sense of harmony, theme and thoughtfulness that I found there is the reflected in how each box has been designed and curated. I appreciate that there are more than one of every item so I can share them. 3. Bokksu is fun and an adventure every month. The information cards are great and compact enough that I can keep them on file for the future and to remind myself of the awesome treats I've already had! Ok, so I'm a big fan and have to share that in our house, we've turned Bokksu into a verb. When I ask "who wants to Bokksu?", everyone in the house knows exactly that it's time to gather around the orange box. 🤗 Thanks, Bokksu. Keep up the super work!

The box contained a good variety of items (sweet and savoury), and everything was well-packaged. I was provided with tracking information that was updated with reasonable frequency, so I could anticipate when the box would arrive. Any time I've had any comments or questions, staff has been responsive and friendly. I'm vary satisfied with Bokksu - I'm glad I decided to give it a try!
