Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

I would highly recommend Bokksu for any one who wants to try sweet and savory snacks from Japan. The monthly box is all ways full of interesting any yummy treats to try, plus each box comes with tasting notes so you know what part of Japan the snack comes from and what it is made off, and you also have the option to buy your favourites in there online shop. Shipping is speedy and all queries are dealt with very quickly. I for one really look forward to my box each month.

Bokksu is an amazing service that outshines its competition in terms of quality and variety. I always enjoy the sweet and savoury treats and teas in every box each month.

Hi, Just replying to your reply because I cannot get a hold of anyone at customer support and you stopped me from sending Facebook messages. I just found out that you told me I could not get a refund only to find out my order just shipped TODAY. Were you lying when you told me it could not be refunded? You are LIARS and you need to come up with a better customer service. There is NO DEACTIVATION BUTTON at all! You are telling people there are but it is not there. Why can I not get refunded if my box didn't even ship for over 5 days after I complained. Can someone please call me already? I have left my number in every single one of my emails to you people.

I really enjoy the snacks and teas that are provided each month (a must for any Japanese food lover). Also, the customer service is excellent and their delivery times very reasonable.

Great food came in the box. On time (even for far away places like New Zealand) which is rare!

I ordered a three month Classic Bokksu subscription and it's been so much fun! The snacks are great (I'm health conscious and feel a little better that there's a tea to go with the snacks). It's fun to discover each theme every month too, and my favorite has to be the tasting guide; reading about the origins behind the snacks has been great. Thanks Bokksu, definitely renewing!

Extremely poor customer service. They take no responsibility for your not receiving what you've ordered and paid for, they don't answer questions, and heaven forbid someone would take responsibility and apologize. Buy your Japanese snacks at a different vendor. Not here.

I love the treats. However, when trying to manage my subscription there's been a lot of difficulty. It should be simple to log into your account to skip the order when you do not wish to receive it. So I skipped my order, but then I received an email saying my order has shipped, so I replied to let them know I skipped that order and do not wish to receive it and to confirm the order will be skipped. But then they emailed me back saying the order has been skipped, but will be shipped?? Doesnt make any sense. Then a few days later i received an email saying the order has shipped, but I've been going back and forth many times saying that I didnt want to receive the current month's order, but it still go shipped out. In the end. I've deactivated my subscription. I dont think I'll ever subscribe again due to the frustration with such a simple request...
