Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

A box full of surprises. Deliveries were consistent and only the 1st box (out of 3) was slightly delayed because it was during the beginning of the covid19 lockdowns. These were definitely worth the price, as each box contained a different theme and none of them failed at surprising us with snacks and teas.

I was so very excited to get my box of snacks! I shared with my husband, he is very picky about food, but we both enjoyed the experience. And I loved everything!

The boxes are so nice but the customer service is really awful. It's very sad because i wanted to continue receiving my boxes for a really long time but i was forced to cancel due to the poor customer service. I ordered for the first time in April (one subscription + an extra box on the side). In June, i still did not get anything. I understand that it's the COVID's fault and not Bokksu. Still, after 2 months the customer service was kind enough to resend a box to me and get me an extra month as well for the extra box i ordered on the side. I started receiving my boxes but I never received the first box seasons' of Japan. I was very sadden because i was expecting this box since April. They actually made a mistake and sent me 2 times the same box and no seasons' of Japan (the first box clearly written on the website). When i tried to explain the situation, it took weeks and they lied and made excuses to not do anything. Apparently they changed their mind and did not send the first box during the Covid. That's their excuse. But my friend who ordered at the same time than me received the first box. Once again they sent me twice the same box for some reason but they refused to acknowledge it. Afterwards, i connected to my account this week and i noticed that they cancelled my extra box out of the blue. They just stole my extra box because i told them I finally received my box. They are so cheap! This was the last straw and i decided to cancel my subscription.

The moment I saw Bokksu I fell in love. The art, the style, & the picture of the snacks in one box. Everything was so perfect. I am so glad Bokksu exist because the food is not boring. Everything is just like what I saw on the website. Man it's unexplainably awesome! I am so a fan of the snacks box. I love it, love it, loooooooove it! 😍

Having the surprise of Bokksu arrive every month is such a delight for my household. We love unboxing and checking out all the unique treats and reading about them in handy guide. All the snacks are super good, but there's always a few that are ASTOUNDING - and we can't find them anywhere, even in our city's Japanese grocery store! I've also found bokksu really great as a gift when going to someone's house or to bring into the office to share with co-workers. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable way to brighten your month!

In addition to our monthly classic box, my partner and I signed up for a monthly tasting box with the goal of gifting it to friends in lieu of bringing wine to a dinner party or a get together but...we ended up eating it all because it came 1.5 weeks after our classic box that we had already finished. All this to say, we love Bokksu!

This is specific to a customer service experience I had with Bokksu. I messed up my order with a typo in my email address and got confused with when I did create an account with my correct email address. Kelan was able to figure it out and fix it within 24 hours. As for the boxes, my order was a gift subscription. So when my recipient receives it, I’ll have to do another review.

This is a scam company. They had lost mine thing twice in a row. I had emailed with them on this. They said they send it without tracking number. A good and honest company will send the parcel with tracking number so that the thing can be tracked and insured. Even with covid-19, I basically believe that they should find a decent courier like DHL , fedex etc. All coming with tracking number. Mostly ppl review are paid to be review. They sent to paid reputed people to review. even pay a lot for advertisement. So it mean one thing they scam people for money and cover up for expenditure.
