I love Bokksu and everything inside! The little booklet is really interesting, and I love that there's a theme for each box. Everything that has been inside has been delicious. Delicious enough for me to go back and order a bunch of the snacks again last week. I look forward to Bokksu every month!

I made my first order to Bokksu 3 months ago. I've recieved every box almost exactly 8 days after the notice email. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied as a customer. Also, the box itself is wonderful. It has both sweet and salty snacks, and so many different flavours! The sweets taste exotic and fun, and the salty snacks are so yummy I just can't get enough of them. I will continue ordering this box, because it actually brings a smile to my face, every time!

We love bokksu!!! Every item is pure japan and 95% of them you can only get in japan. In times where we all aren‘t able to travel its so important to have something nice to chear us up! Bokksu is so perfect to get away while you‘re save at home. We already received 3 bokksu and we‘re always super excited when the doorbell rings and bokksu is here🤩🤩🤩

I've received two boxes from Bokksu and haven't been disappointed yet. In a time where travel is nearly impossible, these treats let us experience the wider world from safety of our homes. They are very tasty and I'm always excited when I know one is on its way.

Bokksu provides access to high quality, imported snacks from Japan. There are two pieces to this that should be considered: the quality and the origin. First, the quality of all the snacks is super high and most of the offerings are excellent to the point where I would buy them individually even given the high cost. Second, because the boxes ship from Japan, it can take quite a while for it to get to you. I was unlucky that I happened to order just as Covid was taking over the world and so my initial box never arrived, even after 3+ months. However, their customer support was excellent and responsive and sent me a new box free of charge. I just wish tracking was available on their packages by default.

Bokksu is a great company. We subscribed in April and considering the covid cancellations, as expected because of flight cancellations, our boxes took longer to arrive. But the best is that they kept constantly contacting you to update you on the delivery. Once things were opening up, we were getting the boxes on time. We thought even that we lost our first box, and they sent us a new one no extra charge. I definitely recommend them specially because they expose you to different japanese tastes and goodies and very over the top customer service.

What can I say about Bokksu, the snacks are great, well varied from bread to hard sucking sweets and lots in between. The customer care staff are better than brilliant they really care for thier clients and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Communication is brilliant, e mails letting you know when your order was despatched and with tracking numbers, oh and did I mention the snacks, superb, you may not like everything but you can say you have tried it, there again you may love everything, lots of unusual items to try each month. My overall rating for the staff at Bokksu and the treats they supply is 110% brilliant.
