Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

I have a small you tube channel in which my review of this box can seen on mommydaughter duo. But we overall enjoyed the experience of this box and the info provided with the item.

We started our Bokksu subscription during lockdown to cheer ourselves up, having had to cancel a trip to Japan. The quality of snacks is consistently high, the teas are amazing, the information about the regions and origins of the snack are interesting. One of the family has a severe treenut and peanut allergy so I can't stress enough how useful it is to have the list of allergens displayed so clearly. It gives us confidence about the snacks that are safe for them to try. On another note, the boxes themselves are really useful as storage boxes, once the snacks have been eaten. Thank you for keeping us happy until we can go to Japan, Bokksu guys!

I’m going to be 100% honest here. This was my first time receiving a box from these wonderful people, and I have absolutely no complaints to speak of. There is no word to establish how blown away I was. I had always wanted to try something like this before but they all seemed too pricey for me. But then I found Bokksu via youtuber, and decided to give it a shot. The prices were reasonable and the number of snacks that came with it couldn’t be beaten. So I went for it. When I had gotten my package, I couldn’t have been happier. The assortment that they took the time to make had everything I asked for and more. Seriously, I didn’t think snacks could make me that happy before. I highly recommend this box to anyone and everyone!

I cannot fault Bokksu - great service and a fantastic product. Everything is so well designed and selected even the box itself! We're really impressed and would definitely recommend - the boxes are a great and original gift too.

Great value snack box! I started my subscription during COVID outbreak, so have had understandably increased delivery times, but each box has been well worth the wait, it's great sampling a different culture and snacks / drinks that I wouldn't have thought to try otherwise. I recently placed an order on the marketplace for some things that I really liked from the boxes. It's great that this is supporting small businesses as well, another little bonus :)

The overall experience was great and did not disappoint. The only suggestion I'd have is improvements on the website. Currently the website is lacking features that resulted in me having to contact costumer service to resolve the issue. I would prefer to have more flexibility as a costumer.

(I speak frech so please forgive my writing) My friend been with this "famous box" from almost the beginning and the quality dropped so much that she stopped her membership. But she had 6 months left. when I tried her's and my bokku for the first time we compared both in a binge eating night and bokksu is so much better. We open her snack bags just to taste we don't finish them because they disgust us. But bokksu we eat and finish everything. and when there's a cake or a bread in the box we keep it for the end because we know it will be incredibly soft and fresh.( I mean come on I would buy in my town a piece of cake wrapped too in a plastic sealed bag and that would not be as good and fresh) When her subscription will finish she'll go with bokksu. And just a description why it's better. - There is more original and unique tastes. - A good balance of sweet and savory. - It's not tasting artificial (but I don't know if theres artificial ingredients, it's all in japanese, but you can ask for the ingredients list i think). - the box is well curated in accordance with the monthly theme - And there is more of an artisanal/quality to the snacks (vs having cheep rice crackers with a bag full of colors and famous characters that you can compare to any dollar store snacks)

Bokksu does not just offer a range of absolutely delicious snacks. They also offer an insight into Japanese culture. Every box transports the taster into a different part of that beautiful country and the box comes accompanied by a booklet filled with pictures of what the region has to offer. I bought my first box out of curiosity but I was so impressed that now, not only I am purchasing a box almost every month, I am also offering one box to my followers on Instagram to share the experience with them.Bokksu has demonstrated that they truly are the gift that keeps on giving.
