I periodically get to visit Japan, though not as often as I'd like, and Bokksu provides me an invaluable taste of one of the things I love about Japan and miss when I'm unable to go (like now, during the COVID-19 pandemic): its wide array of cuisines and flavors! I always tell people that I meet there to tell me about or take me to places that "only Japanese people know about," because they always turn out to be more interesting than anything I would find on my own. Danny Taing and Bokksu, by every month sending me a nice orange box of snacks (most of which I'd never tried before, amazingly), are allowing me to continue doing that in a really tasty way. Especially right now, I very much appreciated it! In addition, there were a couple of hiccups when my subscription first started, and the support staff at Bokksu has been quick to respond and top-notch. It's not just how well a company performs when everything goes right, but how hard it tries when problems inevitably crop up. Like in any relationship, building trust is important, and Bokksu is doing a great job with me!

Bokksu is a fabulous service that sends out delicious snacks and treats in a little orange box every month. The treats are exotic but not in a sense that frightens taste buds that are not used to Japanese cuisine. These treats have quickly become an aspect of life quality for me. Can highly recommend!

Bokksu is such a wonderful experience for someone who wants to try authentic Japanese flavors! I loved everything about it and it was fun to try the different snacks.

Bokksu is literally the bomb dot com. My package comes on time every month. I love how it comes with a little booklet to describe the items and flavors and you get to learn more about Japan through these cute little snacks. I am seriously never disappointed.

I absolutely love Bokksu. I get really excited to see what comes out each month. Even if I don't entirely enjoy one of the items, it's fun to try new flavors and textures. Very happy with this company. Always recommend.

Very friendly people, fast respons as well. The order itself was wonderful, I love the products they have here, can't wait for my next box to arrive :) The selection of products in the is quite diverse so there's something for every moment really. Great service overall and the shipping to Belgium (Europe) went very smooth. Fast even I'd say considering the whole Covid-19 situation

I ordered a 3 month gift subscription for my daughter and she has loved it. She calls me every time she gets her box and we "open it" together. The boxes each have a different theme and the items are fresh and perfectly packaged. She just received her last box of the 3 and I will definitely give her another gift in the future. The customer service has been amazing; answering any questions I've had, sending emails with shipping and tracking Information, and keeping everyone updated on their covid response. The boxes come quickly after shipment and everything arrives fresh. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent experience tried the 3 month tasting box teas were refreshing and snacks satisfying, would recommend this to anyone.
