I bought a bokksu during the pandemic which meant I had to have many conversations with the company about shipping because what may have typically taken 8 weeks took much longer. The company was very kind in sending me a replacement box when my initial one failed to show up. I was nervous not knowing the company about how legit a product it would be but can say my friend I bought it for a present for loved it and is still enjoying his snacks from Bokksu. Overall I would definitely order again as I like the way they deal with their customers and the product is definitely worth it.

Originally, I have ordered Bokksu just for myself. Turns out, I haven't taken my family seriously enough about trying foreign goodies. When Bokksu arrives, each one of us is excited, my 7 years old son the most. We all love it. The only real downside? The price for the box's size is fair, but I would like a bigger box option. The current 'big' box is good for 2, at the most. Though I would eat it all by myself with no problem.

Products and overall experience is absolutely amazing! Shipped quickly despite the health situation. I strongly recommend. Only downside is the portion sizes. Not enough for a foodie family of four. Full sizes would really be appreciated.

Love the boxes and trying all the different snacks that come in them. So far I have not found one that I didn't like. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the price. To order off the market there is a $50 shipping fee :(

Started this as something to do with family during COVID quarantine. Have received two boxes so far, my teen gets really excited when it arrives at our door. Highly recommend

Delicious Japanese snacks, with each box it brings a wonderful assortment of candy and snacks to try with a detailed explanation of each one in the book that comes with it.

I'm so happy I signed up for Bokksu. None of the snacks ever disappoint me. They are all so delicious. My family loves them too. The only bad thing is having to wait until next month to get the new Bokksu. My family and I tried not to eat everything so fast, but it's so delicious it's hard not too.

A great subscription service, in my opinion. I've had no issues with shipping or the quality of the items packed in the box. There are flavours for everyone, and it's always fun to try something new. I can't recommend Bokksu enough to friends and family that love Japanese snacks. This is well worth my money!
