Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

The bokksu company is amazing they deliver fast and beautifully presented boxes of great quality and authentic Japanese treats and teas for you to try. I love the fact that they include a booklet explaining what, where and who produced the wonderful treats you get to try each month. To me they show great respect for their products and for their clients and have recommended them to friends and family so if you want to experience a little bit of Japan I highly recommend giving them a chance you won't regret it I promise you that.

Great gift for the wife (3 month subscription), she loved the variety and wants to look into getting more of many. Good detailed card that comes with that shows details about the product, super interesting and useful. Would recommended

Love bokksu! Been a subscriber for a couple of years. It's always a fun surprise to see what's shipped each month. It also comes in handy as a host gift to bring to someone's house instead of a bottle of wine.

Very good and unique selection of snacks and sweets, not so typical that you would usually get with those boxes!

Love all my snacks. Came fresh. Great flavors. So excited to received it

Excellent experience, great snacks and a lovely monthly taste of Japan! Maybe less plastic packaging would be great.

Spent about 80 USD on snacks, arrived in a nondescript brown paper box unlike the colourful boxes featured on the website. Sweets were wrapped up in bubble wrap without the original packaging and nowhere does it state the expiry date. I'm trying to ask them about it but have not received any replies from either instagram or email, will update when/if I do. Frankly a little dubious, if I knew there was going to be no expiry date on them I wouldn't have bought it. ===== Update: Managed to get a email reply which says all snacks have a sell by date of 3 months. I don't feel reassured though because that's pretty generalised and I feel like I have no way of knowing if that is true or not. Will not buy again from this place.

Worst customer service. If you want a refund for the package just give up. My three months subscription automatically renewed and I tried to cancel it because nothing was sent or was going out for a week. The person who helped me Lorraine is condescending and unprofessional. First she gave me a different price for the refund and she said it will auto subscribers but not the rate I originally had but the full price per box. I’m disappointed for the service and its waste of money and the food if we don’t want it.
