Bokksu is a very entertaining service. All of my received products have been undamaged and the boxes are well packed with a solid variety. The unique flavors of these snacks make it well worth the price.

1 year subscription, 3 months in. The box is sturdy so no need for an external box when shipping, the items are good quality and traditional which means the flavours will come through instead of just the cliché sweetness or sugary taste, the texture of the snacks are really nice, they don't crumble and make a mess like cheap ones, it's clear these are artesanal snacks, the drink that have come with it are really good, if you have favourites you can buy them again at their marketplace but unfortunately the shipping of that is a lot so a better shipping option must be found for that one from Bokksus part.

I love Bokksu I saw a Youtuber (Cherry Wallis) unboxing Bokksu and decided to buy one for myself. Now I wait for my 3rd Bokksu to gift as a Christmas present for my secret Santa. I'm sure my work colleague would appreciate it as much as I have.

Fabulous gift for our daughter at University - we send since she is in USA and we live in Japan now! She looks so forward to it and she gets to experience a little of what we do through snacks!

It's have been the most amazing experience. Team members of stuff was super helpful, incredibly quick in response to any issues. Taste of the product , packaging of it and even information leaflet takes you to another level of positive experience. 100% recommended to anyone who want to have great snacking time with your loved ones ❤

I absolutely love getting my Bokksu every month. There are far more snacks packed inside the box (like a Tetris game!) than you would be able to get for the same price piecemeal online. There are also exclusives you likely won’t find anywhere else. The guide tells you where your snacks come from, what to expect when tasting them, a flavor profile, and allergy information, which I was very thankful for. It’s all beautifully packaged and put together, and the only problem is fighting the desire to eat it all in one day. You will also get multiples of many smaller items, so there is plenty of snacks to share, or enjoy again on your own.

I bought a 3 month gift subscription for myself as a treat since I can't afford to have a subscription fee taken out every month. I have gotten 2, final one comes next month. First one was great, got here a week after shipping. Second one got here two weeks after shipping. But that isn't really Bokksu's fault. But they did communicate that it was going to be late before the initial predicted time came so it didn't catch me off guard. Second one didn't gave as many things I liked, but some wonderful new things to try nonetheless. Most snacks rate about a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 for me. And that's okay to me. I do find a few that I absolutely love too. But for me, getting Bokksu isn't about the snacks specifically: its about the culture. I get to learn about the snacks, their creators, sometimes the history of the snack or ingredient, and more. The booklet provided is wonderful: tells about the snack and information about the theme: sometimes teaching a few words, an old poem or story, etc. For me, paying $40 for some wonderful cultural information, supporting small businesses, trying new things, plus finding some amazing snack finds to boot is WELL worth it. Plus, if I really liked something, I can check the market side of Bokksu to see if it's there for purchase. I also love that they have a Save Our Snacks box to help prevent food waste!
