The snacks are nice, but that’s it. Customer service is a horrible experience, with aggressive and condescending agents, and their billing practices are scammy. I made sure to go on their website to unsubscribe at the end of my subscription, and was surprised two months later with a renewal charge which they refused to refund because the “box already processed”, even though I contacted them within 4 hours of receiving an email about renewal. My advice if you subscribe, make sure to leave a paper trail of when you cancel because they will inevitably reactivate your account again without warning. Leaves a poor taste in my mouth, will no longer do business with them again.

Wonderful snacks! We enjoy sharing them each month. Shipping has been quick and package arrives in perfect condition.

I loved getting Bokksu delivered! Every month was a cute new theme and the snacks are carefully curated. This is the first booklet from an international box that I actually read because it tells you the story of the snacks and shows where some of them are made, as well as who is making them. It's really personable and cute. I've also bought from the market before, which had high shipping but a good selection of products. I've never had a shipping issue; they always arrived in great condition and quite fast.

I bought a 3 month subscription from Bokksu for my wife who grew up in Japan. She has been living in the USA for 20 years and really loved the snacks and teas that came in the Bokksu box. She misses Japan and during the covid restrictions found it impossible to travel home. Bokksu boxes brought her closer to home with so many thoughtful and wonderful treats. I will be buying more for her in the near future Thank you

It's exactly what I was expecting and then some. I got a subscription for monthly boxes and as of writing this review haven't had any significant issues. The standard boxes are well packed with a nice variety of snacks to try. Customer service has also been swift and effective when contacted in my experience. For what the product is the price seems reasonable as well.

I love this box! I was a little hesitant about the price, but you definitely get your money’s worth. I love trying all the different treats and teas. I look forward to my box every month.
