I’ve always enjoyed bokksu’ snacks up until my last order. They did something unethical and I’m extremely furious and have no more patience. I ordered 6 packs of plum potato sticks, total of 36 bags They never mention the expiration date on the website nor if the products will expire soon. When I received my order ( 3 days ago) that took 14 days to arrive since the day I placed the order, I checked on the date and it said: 13/6/2022 They sent me a product that expired two days after it arrived, so I went to write a review on their website and guess what? They deleted it. Twice. I sent them an email and they usually reply in less than 24h, even when they’re out of their working hours but this time i haven’t got a reply yet. They’re usually helpful but I hope this time it’s just that they’re busy with work and that’s why it took them more than usual to reply. Update: they replied to me and were very helpful

Bokksu brings an amazing range of Japanese snacks that otherwise I wouldn’t have access to. I’ve done other monthly snack boxes but I’ve never had one with as much artisan quality and well crafted foods. Each box has not only been tasty, but opens like a finely crafted gift. Highly recommended.

Bokksu provides an excellent variety of snacks and supplies through and interesting information about each ones origin. Each product is nicely packaged and maintains both a pristine appearance and an original and memorable flavor even after prolonged periods of time. The only downside I see to bokksu is the delivery time can be a bit lengthy. However when the only issue with a product is that you wish you could get it sooner, it really shows just how good of a product it is. I highly recommend Bokksu as your go to provider for a unique and flavorful experience.

I bought a 3 month snack box package for my youngest kid who likes Japanese snacks/food. He has been really pleased with it and loves all the unique flavors and the quality of the snacks. His new favorite flavor is plum-kelp !! I'm very interested in trying some of the snacks so I'm going to order another 3 months and we'll share the boxes !!

I have received 2 boxes so far and by jolly this food slaps, it has a nice mix and variety of treats from sweet to savory and your definitely going to like at least 1 if not all the products, both boxes i have received came with their own jelly and while I'm not a huge fan of jelly the jelly was still surprisingly fresh and bouncy as all jelly should be. I have been enjoying getting a package in the mail just to find a box of treats waiting for me and my partner, we are able to share the food and our thoughts with each other which makes the whole box 10x worth it.

10/10 products and services, the box gives plenty of snacks and a booklet describing where and what the snack is
