I started ordering this right before I got Covid. My wife said the tastes and varieties were great. Unfortunately me taste buds and smell are still not working and I was unable to taste anything. Even the curry tastes didn't come through. Curry!

This is about bokksu market. Took over a month to ship didn’t end up having half of the items I’ve ordered. I got 3 yamibuy orders over the span on waiting for this ordered to ship. Use yamibuy not sponsored so disappointing.

This is the most tasty and amazing edibles I ever bought on line! The quality and taste are sooo good! I wait each month for the next box to come; I fight myself not to eat more than 2 items a day as I would eat the whole thing in 2-3 days. Will definitely renew; even sent a gift box to a friend.

I purchased a six-month Bokksu subscription as a Christmas gift last year for my brother. While I understood there was an automatic renewal unless I cancelled beforehand, when I received an email notification that a July box was being shipped I emailed Bokksu to cancel. I assumed I would need to pay for the July box, and as it was my failure to cancel in a timely manner I felt this was entirely appropriate. In response to my email I received a confirmation of cancellation from Bokksu. However, the August box was also sent and when I again contacted Bokksu I learned that their contract actually provides that if you fail to cancel the renewal before the end of the initial subscription period (and there is no option to subscribe without the automatic renewal) you are on the hook for the entire additional renewal period (in my case, six months). I am giving Bokksu this poor review not for the quality of their products. My brother and sister-in-law love their boxes. However, I don’t appreciate the company’s insistence on including an automatic renewal provision and then failing to notify customers prior to the automatic renewal start date to explain the consequences of failing to cancel or change the subscription term. I want to make sure others understand this so they can take appropriate steps to effectuate their wishes. I will say that Bokksu allowed me to obtain a prorated refund for the remaining months of the renewal period when they were not obligated to do so. For this reason I gave them more stars than I would have otherwise.

Love it! The boxes are great and the presentation is always incredible. The booklet you get with each box with all the details about each snack and where they're from is so helpful and interesting, and I love that each box has a different theme. The variety of snacks is broad so there is likely to always be something you'll like in the box, too. Shipping is really fast and customer service is great. Would recommend!

I love my Bokksu boxes, the selections and presentation is outstanding. My co-workers enjoyed the snacks I shared with them.

I bought the box in Mexico City to be delivered in San Francisco. The service was great. They delivered as promised and the variety of the unexpected gift was greatly enjoyed.

Really good company to deal with. The KitKats arrived in excellent condition, and really quite quickly given that they had to travel from Japan to New Zealand . We are having fun trying all the flavours. Brilliant experience all round thanks.
