BodyGuardzReviews of bodyguardz.com

Tony O. went above and beyond. Not only did he grant my request for a call back, he called me several times over the course of two days as my iPhone was not ringing. He responded to my emails quickly, and was able to fully resolve my issue.

Great customer service representative.

Blake is absolutely outstanding!!! Phenomenal customer service, quick response time, excellent resolution. He's awesome!! Give him a raise

I am deeply impressed with the customer service I received. Efficient, helpful and understanding. Well done!

BodyGuardz always provides the best customer service. Getting replacement screens is simple. If I ever have an issue, contacting customer service is always an easy process.

Blake was very friendly and helpful! My order hadn’t arrived, although the system said it had. He confirmed my address with me and sent the order again and with free expedited shipping. The items arrived in the timeframe promised and all is good! I’ve been using Bodyguard products for years and will continue to do so with high quality products and high quality customer service agents like Blake! Thank you!

I made multiple mistakes while checking out (user error) and Tony O helped me get it all sorted quickly. I appreciate the zero hassle customer service provided. Thanks again Tony!

I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I haghly recommend them as the customer service is second to none
