Tony and the customer service team really helped correct the shipping mistake and very quick & responsive to my emails. Super positive experience and makes purchasing the lifetime replacement program for my glass protector very worth it and will be doing it for all my future phones!

Customer service has become a lost art with most corporations these days so I have pretty low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised though when my recent experience with an error I had made with an order as a customer was met with such grace and kindness. The customer service component was unlike anything I have recently experienced. Ashley M went above and beyond for me in resolving my issue. The generous response was greatly appreciated and every detail was handled with precision. When I find great companies with customer service that matches such excellence- my loyalty is forever given. I made a mistake when ordering my replacement screen protectors and expected it to be expensive to correct my mistake. Support was exception and charged me nothing to correct my mistaken order. I experienced exception customer service and will continue to use and recommend BodyGuardz.
