I just want to say that the customer service person named Blake that helped me- made me feel like a valued customer and person. I had an issue/ problem with technology and ordering a replacement screen protector for my son, and he helped me through all the steps in a kind, patient, and caring manner. Now I am able to get my son the needed replacement screen for his IPhone and it made my day!

I have always found this particular company to be professional, and concerned about the customers interest. Regardless of the fact that they do not have a customer service phone number, if you ask by email for a call back, they are more than happy to oblige.

I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.

I am a return customer to bodyguard and here is one reason why. I recently made a purchase and I wasn’t able to apply a discount code. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They applied the discount and communicated until it was confirmed. Great job bodyguard.

Love this company and their products. They are our go to for screen protectors and phone cases. We don't shop around. We get a phone we go straight to BodyGuardz to order the screen protector and case.
