Meh I did everything precisely as instructed yet the red light screen protector ended way above the outer edge of my phone (on top) I ended up putting in on manually. Getting the air bubbles out; impossible.

The product works but the protection screens break easily which forces you to replace them often. They say free replacements, but the replacements are not free. They charge $10 shipping and handling. Shipping is USPS so it is slow and probably cost them less than $2. My guess is the price of a few replacements is factored into the original cost as well as the replacement S&H fee. Nothing is free. Here is another kicker, you can only process one replacement at a time. The screen and camera protector both broke and you have to do two separate returns with two separate S&H charges. They say it is to track the returns, but sorry, that is completely ridiculous.

I bought this tempered glass product over a year ago and I feel it has stood up well, but when it needed to be replaced, now that is where things got tricky. I paid the shipping and after a few weeks of waiting, I asked what happened?! Trying to talk with the help online I was asked to put through PayPal $1. I did as requested, and it turned into $67! This was a fraudulent company that got through their "helpline". Subsequently within three hours both my bank and PayPal got rid of the charge, but BodyGuardz has not responded in any positive manner, like, your lens is on the way. Nothing. If a new tempered glass lens arrives or I am refunded the 10 bucks for shipping I will let you know. Better NOT to deal with their online help. It is not secure at all.

I purchased a BodyGuardz "synthetic glass" screen protector from AT&T. Recently, I had noticed that it was scratched. I never had this happen with actual tempered glass. I paid $55 plus tax for a product that turned out to actually be plastic. I revised my review because they were willing to replace it the first time without a shipping and handling charge. I still believe this product is nothing like glass. It should just be described as synthetic.

Unfortunately, we don't have a tempered glass screen protector for the Google Pixel 6 Pro. The screen protector we offer for this device is called the PRTX. This is a synthetic glass screen protector. This protector will still protect your device like the tempered glass protectors do, but this protector is a shatterproof protector and so it will not crack or chip like the tempered glass protectors can. However, because this is synthetic glass and not tempered glass you may notice that it does tend to scratch easier than with a tempered glass protector. We do offer free replacements on our screen protectors. There is no charge for the screen protector itself, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling fee of $9.95. I certainly understand your frustration around the shipping price. Unfortunately, with the supply chain costs that have gone up over the last year, we had to make the necessary change and shipping has increased on those replacements. First of all, I have been buying bodyguardz for four years on multiple devices. The products they have for iPhone X and all three different iPads and an iPod I have had are OUTSTANDING! A couple I have had to replace and had no problems at all with the company. I don’t like that they raised the shipping price to $19.95 for iPad replacements though. Secondly now, the company does not seem to have a grasp on making a protector that will stay on for anything with a curved edge on it. Not Samsung 9 plus, not apple watch or samsung Note 8. Maybe no one has a good protector for a curve screen. But what I can tell you of the three products I have them for....they ALL pop off. I think I am really good at applying these protectors, but the devices with curved edges just don’t seem to be able to keep the bodyguardz product on them. Also, they are a pain with bubbles. I remove the dust well...it’s just those darn curved screens. I hope you have better success.

Thank you for your feedback. The curved screen are definitely more tricky than devices with a flat screen. We do have our UltraTough protector for the Apple Watch, the Samsung S9+ and the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The UltraTough is a polyurethane film. This protector won't offer any impact protection, but does protect the device from scratches. This protector is a flexible film and so it can better conform the the curvature of the screen. We also have another protector for the S9+ and Note 8 that may work better for you. We have a Pure Arc ES protector. This protector is tempered glass and will offer impact and scratch protection to your device, but unlike the Pure Arc where the adhesive is just on the top and bottom and sides of the protector this protector will have adhesive on the entire back of the screen protector.
