This company is a joke
This company is a joke. The screen protector is supposed to be free replacements for life. But what they fail to tell people is that you have to pay shipping for the replacement, and shipping cost to send the old protector back. Oh and you better get tracking because they also claim that they never receive the broken screen protector that you ship back to them. This company is a scam, and the screen protector is a waste of money. I dropped my phone on the carpet and the screen protector popped right off. The cheap screen protector stays on better than these things. Take my advice and don't buy one of their expensive pieces of junk. Buy from amazon or somewhere like that. Anywhere other than bodyguardz. However they did state that they would close my account out this one time due to them not receiving my broken protector that I shipped over a month ago. So, no charge this time. But I won't be using their protectors again once this one breaks or pops off again. I'd rather buy a cheap one with no strings attached.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your protector. We do offer free replacements on our screen protectors, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling fee. As part of the replacements program you do have to send the old screen protector back once you have received your new one. We don't require proof of purchase when registering your protector or when ordering a replacement so anyone can create an account with us and register a protector and order a replacement for just the shipping and handling fee, without ever having purchased the product. This is one of the reasons that we ask that you send the old protector back. When you order a replacement your new one will come with an envelope for you to send the old protector back with. This should only cost you one stamp to send back to us. Tracking for these is not required, but is recommended. We also have other protectors for the S9+ that may work better for you. The Pure Arc Privacy protector that you have has adhesive on the top and bottom and sides of the protector. We do have a Pure Arc ES protector and this has adhesive on the entire back of the screen protector. This protector is tempered glass and will offer impact and scratch protection to your device. We also have an UltraTough protector. This is a polyurethane film. It will not offer any impact protection, but will protector your device from scratches. This protector has a strong adhesive backing and is flexible so it can bend to better accommodate the curvature of the phones screen.
