The product works but the protection screens break easily which forces you to replace them often. They say free replacements, but the replacements are not free. They charge $10 shipping and handling. Shipping is USPS so it is slow and probably cost them less than $2. My guess is the price of a few replacements is factored into the original cost as well as the replacement S&H fee. Nothing is free. Here is another kicker, you can only process one replacement at a time. The screen and camera protector both broke and you have to do two separate returns with two separate S&H charges. They say it is to track the returns, but sorry, that is completely ridiculous.

I’m very impressed with BodyGuardz! Their screen protectors are top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. They’re incredibly responsive and always get back to me quickly. Highly recommend both their products and support!

I need a screen protector replacement after my phone screen was replaced at the phone service shop and my old bodyguardz screen protector was lost in the process. Before I order a new one through the warranty process I read bodyguardz warranty policy. I suppose to return my old damage product if they request it. I don't have it. So I emailed them with no response. I rather order at zagg.com better costumer service warranty no hassle. They even registered your product as soon you ordered for future claims.

I thought the screen protector I had ordered was glass; however, it is synthetic glass, which isn't anything like glass at all. It came with "free" lifetime replacements, so I thought it would be pretty good. However, I think it’s one of the worst screen protectors I've ever used. It got scratched and scuffed up way too easily and just looked filthy all the time. I used the protector for about two months, although it looked really bad after only one month. I couldn't stand it anymore and ordered my "free" replacement, which cost $10.00 for shipping. Why should shipping cost $10.00? It's not like it's made of glass and going to break. I had to "ship" back the old protector as proof of purchase, and it only cost me a stamp! I think $10.00 is highway robbery, and it’s more than the product is actually worth. I found the replacement to be just as bad, and it lasted around a month until it started looking scratched and scuffed up again. I've replaced the protector with a real glass one from another company, and I love it. No more ugly, scuffed, and scratched protectors for me. I was curious because I get emails occasionally, so I logged into my account only to find that my "free" replacement is no longer carried by BodyGuardz. Fine by me because I’d never spend another dime on that cheap, poor-quality, overpriced protector again.

Love the quality of both their product and customer service. Tony O in specific is a gem.

My first time dealing with Bodyguardz and my person that assisted me Was Blake D and they were amazing and this prosess was so simple, and easy i was really amazed, they need a raise , im just blowed away how easy the process was. I will recommend them to all i know!!!!!!!

Bodyguardz always has the best customer service, quick, kind, professional, fair. When I bought my new iPhone last year ATT tried to sell me on their brand, but BodyGuardz’s system is so convenient and easy I’ll never switch! Fan for life.
