I have had my IPhone X for 5 months. I am very disappointed to say that today I had the third bodyguardz put on an 5:00 pm and at midnight it was already cracked. Very unhappy with these screen covers/protectors. Yes, they replace for free but it cost about $10 for shipping. Then I have to go to AT&T store to have it put on. I am going to explore other options. This is such a hassle.

THIS PRODUCT HAS NO WARNING YOU CANT REMOVE WHEN FIRST PUT ON. HOWEVER I BLAME AT&T. THE SALESPERSON NEVER CAUTIONED NOR CLEANED THE PHONE FIRST. NO WARRANTY IS WORTH IT WHEN THE COMPANY THAT SELLS THEM DOES NOT BACK IT UP AT STOTE LEVEL. WITH AT&T IT IS NOT ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Worst screen protector EVER! I’ve got cheap screen protectors before and they have never broken even when dropped . So I got a new phone And decided i would spend the $45.00 for a supposedly GOOD QUALITY screen protector , second day later I drop my phone in my car while screen cracks put my replacement order in 9.00 shipping fee . Get that one a week later went to pick my phone up off The counter drop it on the counter mind you it broke again !! Highly disappointed in such an expensive product. So stick with the cheaper ones causes these suck .

I have to say, i like the product. I have used for my phone and my daughter's and it seems to be a good screen protector to me and i don't mind paying the return shipping. My gripe is that the last replacement i ordered, they sent me the WRONG product (i have iphone 7 they sent for 7 plus). When i explained to them the situation i asked them to cover the return shipping (I have to return the wrong one before they send me the correct one). It wasn't my fault they sent the wrong thing and i don't think I should have to pay for the return. Customer service said I not only had to pay for the return, but if they didn't get it back they'd charge me the full price for the replacement (that i can't use!). This just disappointed me and didn't seem like good customer service. If i make a mistake, I own it. Doesn't seem like they are owning their part in this. UPDATE A FEW DAYS LATER I was contacted by customer service and they made good on the whole situation, meaning they acknowledged that I had ordered the wrong replacement because their product listing was very hard to understand- and apparently they have worked to correct that so.. .based on that, I had to up my review and say that i really am satisfied now. I think companies deserve a chance to improve and based on their responsiveness and action, i'd say they are working to do that.

This screen was fine until it cracked. Now realize my free replacement requires prepaid shipping. Had my otter box for over 3 years without having to replace. Granted my phone screen didn’t break. I’ll give this one more try. Then I’ll be done with bodyguardz. Haven’t even had this 3 months.

I purchased one of their glass protectors when AT&T recommended when I got my iPhone. They def sold it to me when they said I get free replacements if and when this one breaks. They did forget to mention there is $10 shipping and handling! So now Ive had this phone and this screen protector for about 4 months and I had to order a replacement 8 times!!! It breaks the same day I get it.. then I try to wait it out..order another one... get it . put it on... and guess what! it breaks again the same day! Vicious cycle! Dont get their products ..its a money pit.

It was suggested to me at the AT&T store to purchase the protector with my new phone. I had an otter case on my old one but the new ones in the store did not have the built in screen protector. The associate mentioned the "free lifetime replacement" so I thought it would be a good deal although the initial price was high seemed high. well 3 months later the protector cracked so I went online to get the free replacement. Well they charged me $10 for shipping the replacement and said I had to return the broken one or be charged the full price for a new one. I went online and read where they are bad about not receiving the old ones back, or so they say. I went to the UPS Store and shipped it so I could have a tracking number $15 more plus gas. So basically i paid $25+ dollars for an "FREE" replacement. I called AT&T and told them how dissatisfied I was. and it was false advertising. I also found out that you can get a new screen for the S9+ ($50) on Amazon. You have to give Bodyguardz your Credit Card # before they will ship the replacement so if you don't insure that they receive the protector they will charge your card. Remember they already have your number. Now being in manufacturing their cost of manufacturing the protector is more than likely less or the same as you are charged for the shipping of the replacement. I agree with another review at least they should pay for return shipping.

Bought 4 of these for work phones. 3 for Galaxy Note and 1 for a S9. The At&t rep installed them all. My husband dropped his and the screen cracked and I replaced it. Yes, it was $10 in shipping which is high (we ship fairly heavy boxes out everyday for less than $10 so I am sure their costs to ship are much less). We replaced his screen and it is fine. The S9 screen has since popped off and is useless. I guess I could replace it but $10 is going to add up so I just ordered a pack of 2 screen protectors on Amazon. Now my Note 9 I dropped on the driveway this weekend. I picked it up and saw cracks and I thought great it is just the screen protector. Then I looked down and realized that the screen protector was lying on the ground. Pretty Useless. These are nothing special the warranty is just a scam to continue to make money on an already over priced item.
