First of all, I have been buying bodyguardz for four years on multiple devices. The products they have for iPhone X and all three different iPads and an iPod I have had are OUTSTANDING! A couple I have had to replace and had no problems at all with the company. I don’t like that they raised the shipping price to $19.95 for iPad replacements though. Secondly now, the company does not seem to have a grasp on making a protector that will stay on for anything with a curved edge on it. Not Samsung 9 plus, not apple watch or samsung Note 8. Maybe no one has a good protector for a curve screen. But what I can tell you of the three products I have them for....they ALL pop off. I think I am really good at applying these protectors, but the devices with curved edges just don’t seem to be able to keep the bodyguardz product on them. Also, they are a pain with bubbles. I remove the dust well...it’s just those darn curved screens. I hope you have better success.

I am on my 5th replacement!! I had a note 5 with an Amazon purchased screen protector and had it on for 5 years or so, with maybe a scratch and slight crack..had my note 8 for like less than a year and already on my 5th protector..i am very careful with my phone, yet my protector keeps cracking..this last time i waited for a replacement because i didnt want to pay any extra money during Thanksgiving and Christmas..well got my 5th one and found out not only was my old protector cracked, the phone screen in the same place is cracked also..plus the new protector has all these tiny bubbles down the right side..the bright side is customer service rep Ashley helped me out and is sending me a new one free from shipping..but i am sorry but will be ordering from amazon..its a better protector..my phone aint cheap and now i have a cracked screen..

I bought 2 of these covers for full price at AT&T then decided to use 1 of my 2 warranties to save myself some money when purchasing my next one. I knew I had to pay shipping but it was better than almost $50 to pay in person. The screen I ordered arrived more cracked than either of the ones I had broken. The box it arrived in was smashed to pieces. I have pictures still. I reached out to customer service through messenger (I have screen shots of the messages) and expect to be sent a free screen to replace the one I received that was smashed to pieces. They don't even want to look at my photos. I'm told they'll order me another screen protector but I have to pay to ship back my original proof of purchase AND pay to send back the proof of purchase of the broken one they sent me. So I have to pay shipping for my original one, a broken one I was sent and I'm not getting a screen protector for another few days. I pack up both proof of purchases in the individual envelopes provided and fill them out. My mom takes them to the post office and they put the 2 Bodyguardz envelopes in 1 envelope. I assume they did this is because they were going to the same place. We buy the shipping tracking through USPS. Fast forward a few weeks and I receive an email saying they received my first proof of purchase but not my second. Which makes absolutely no sense because they were both in the same large envelope. I assumed they hadn't processed the other envelope yet but I check my account about a week later and I've been charged $47 almost $48 for the second screen protector. I call right away and explain what happened while asking for a refund. The woman I spoke with doesn't ask for any tracking or anything besides my order number. She just tells me she will process my refund and I will receive it in 3-5 days. I thought it was nice how she was willing to fix my problem so quickly. It has been a full week now and I have received my refund. I just called back today asking about the status of my refund and am asked by another woman (did not get a name) for my email account. I am then told I was never issued a refund and then asked for my tracking number. I read off the tracking number that I've been holding onto for months now and am put on hold for about 5 minutes. When the woman gets back on the phone she literally said, "Unfortunately my supervisor told me to issue the refund" and "Next time don't put the envelopes in the same package". I literally thanked her for her help til she said this so rudely. I was so taken aback I didn't even argue with how rude she was, I just said, "I didn't know that." Now I am told I will receive my refund in 5-7 days and it will "probably be next week" but I highly doubt that with the holiday coming up. My whole ordeal with Bodyguardz has been AWFUL and felt like a total scam. When I received my initial screen completely smashed, I didn't even want another. I just wanted a refund but I decided to give it another chance because the man on messenger told me he would order it and have it sent to me. I now know I never should have since they charged me for shipping after sending me something broken. Quality wise, the latest cover I got broke on the first day I put it on. They can still be used for a bit after breaking but the cracks in the screen just keep spreading as time goes by. I will definitely never buy Bodyguardz again because of the incredibly rude and unreliable customer service and the poor ethics and assurance of product. All I want now is my refund. I do NOT recommend to anyone if you want to purchase something stress free.

First they make you pay return shipping, has to be certified in case it gets lost. Fine. But then they increase there shipping fee from $5.95 to $9.95. Now the increase in shipping fee is "only on certain curved protectors". That should say it all!!!. When everyone is saying the protector broke during the first month - it's true! Same happened to me. They will tell you it is glass. Well how about the whole hammer to the protector thing.

I purchased a screen protector in February/18 with my iPhone X. In September, I noticed a crack on the corner of my screen. I reached out to BodyGuardz and had a replacement sent out to me. Yes, I did have to pay $7.95 shipping, but I didn't mind since a) it saved my screen and b) I didn't have to pay $40 for a new protector. I had no issues sending my old screen in to them - it only cost me a postage stamp - and they received it in a timely manner. However, after reading some of the other reviews I may end up paying for tracking, just to be on the safe side.

I agree with the other reviews - "Oh and you better get tracking because they also claim that they never receive the broken screen protector that you ship back to them. This company is a scam, and the screen protector is a waste of money." I paid shipping for my second screen protector, paid to mail my broken one back to the company, and they claim they never received it. It was never shipped back to me so I have to assume they lost it.. what a shame. Will never purchase from this company again. Poor customer service.

Don't waste your money on this product. What they fail to tell you is their "lifetime" warranty is not the phone's lifetime. They discontinued my device after 2 years. I asked if there's a way to have another device's protector with same dimensions as my phone. No sort of I'll check and see, just lots of "we no longer have replacements for your device." So basically you're SOL if you keep a phone longer than 2 years. Won't waste money on their products again!

Paid $38.50 to AT&T for my S8 BodyGuardz screen, plus $29.50 for an S7 screen. Still have the receipt. Screens fell off. Thought i would get a free replacement screen since i registered them with BodyGuardz for each phone. Oh yes, screens are FREE, but the envelope to ship them in is $10.95 for each phone. So add $22.00 to what i have already paid. Boy was this a rip off and AT&T offered NO help when i went in to talk with them. AT&T convinced me it would be a great deal in the first place. ugh
