Beware!
I've Tried to do Reviews on other Sites, seems most of these "Co's" have that Locked up. So here goes,I'm composing a Letter to Send to AT&T Corp. They should NOT be Promoting or Offering, "Pushing" these Products, Especially for the $ they charge & the empty Warranty Promise They Make. So, I blame AT&T because in a way, you're "Trusting" They Wouldn't Promote or Offer Products that Are Obviously, Not as Advertised. I purchased a Very Expensive Phone, Galaxy Note 9, 10 was not yet Out. So a $1000+ for phone, AT&T asks, You "DO" want a Case & Screen Protector right? Bit of "Marketing" there.. Of course, with this $ for a phone you say, sure. $50 for Screen Protector although, They had a "Deal" if you bought 3 Products you'd get 20% off. B/Guardz Case, Wireless Charger, B/Guardz Screen Protector, I have the phone & All else it's now 8 months, near 9 since Purchases. Bought Products Mainly Because I was Told of the "Great Lifetime Replacement/Warranty. So, I see a Crack in the "Screen Protector", say No Problem, Lifetime Warranty. I go into my acct. send email, told Sorry to hear that, but Wow, you got a Long time out of That! So, We'll "Upgrade you & for just the Price of Shipping At $9.99 We'll Send you an Upgraded Version". I write back, really 8-9 months IS a Long time??Hum, & So every 8-9 months I'm supposed to be Grateful & Just Send Them $9.99 for How long? Every 8-9 Months? I was fuming..I Purchased another SET, Case & Screen Protector, for Much Less money, since B/Guardz 2 Products were $100 & 1 lasted Less than a Year. So, I'm going to make Sure I Post as many places as is Possible & Write AT&T to Tell them How Disappointed I am with them after we've been Their Customers for almost 4 Decades & were Offered Products like these, that Are Very Expensive Compared to the Rest of Market. Yet Offer More of a RENTED Set of Products, since they'd Cost you More than $10 a Year, Every year. My husband went after me & he also Bought a new phone, & they also said.."So you need a Case & Screen Protector"..Here's the dig, Mine hadn't Cracked yet..So, he did allow At&t to Suggest same But Now We know, Never Again & I will Try to Warn other Consumers & All Family about the Truths to these Products & their so-called Quality & Warranties..To us, We'd rather pay a lot less, still have Our Phones Protected with even better Quality, since once we were Told these Screen Protectors Were So Good, that's Why They Offer "Lifetime Replacements".Ugh, NO..Not the Truth at All. The Screen Protector should Not have Cracked in 1st place, Was NOT Dropped or Anything done to or with it to Cause that to Happen & to Tell a Customer 8 to 9 Months, They're "Lucky to have it Last That Long"?? WOW..Ok. Got the Message, Loud & Clear. Now I Hope other Consumers Also Get the Message about BodyGuardz.

Debbie, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Customer service is one of our core values and something we take seriously. We would love the opportunity to assist you with this further. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or give a time frame as to how long each protector will last. Some people will replace their protectors every month, but I have also heard of people having the same protector on their phone for 2 years. This will largely depend on what the phone comes in contact with. This is one of the main reasons we offer replacements. Yon can replace your protector at anytime and for any reason. The replacements are free, but you do have to cover the shipping and handling fee for the new replacement. However, in your review above you mentioned that you had purchased a BodyGuardz screen protector as well as a BodyGuardz case. If you have a BodyGuardz case as well as the screen protector then you can receive free shipping on up to 5 replacements per year. If you can email us an image of your receipt for the purchase of your case we would be happy to get this set up for you. Please email this to us at [email protected] and just put ATTN: Ashley. We are happy to assist you with any additional questions or concerns. Best regards
