I bought my screen protector less than two months ago and my screen cracked. I think it's ridiculous that the product did not operate as advertised and that BodyGuardz does not provide any compensation for a replacement screen. I have never had this issue with another screen protector.

I bought this product for my apple watch and had it installed at the store. It consistently bubbled and i just lived with it. After 6 months, it fell off and I ordered a replacement. I received my replacement on Friday and immediately installed it and left my watch overnight in the hopes it would "seal". I woke up to bubbles under the glass. After 4 days, and fighting bubbles I looked down to the clearest face only to realize the protector popped off somewhere. Not even a week. Keep your replacements. Im in the market for something that works.

4 replacements in 1 year on this garbage. I could have purchased 10 cheap ones for the price I paid on this. Their policy is ridiculous. Your sceenguard is this cheaplymade and they expect me to buy a case from them. Otterbox is far superior to their product

I, too, wish I could give this product zero stars. Bought two iPhone X phones and had these screen protectors installed on both of them at the AT&T store. One was broken, chipped and spider webbed within 3 days. The other one barely lasted a day before it was broken, chipped and spider webbed. The last two iPhones I have had before these, had glass screen protectors on them as well, different brand, and they lasted well over a year before I had ANY issues at all - and one lasted over 1.5 years before even a chip. I still haven’t done anything with these as I am very busy and don’t have time to run around over stinking screen protectors. I am NOT paying $8 a piece to have two new ones shipped, that I predict will last 1-3 days as well. Since I have to replace them anyway I’ll just get something else. For what I paid for these crappy protectors they should ship them out for free. But I don’t want any more of these sub standard products. They can keep them. Don’t pay the exorbitant price for these. They are garbage.

I had bought a bodyguardz screen protector and it had broke. BodyGuardz offers replacement that they say is free but not really as they charge you nearly $9.00 for shipping for an item that weighs less than an ounce. Anyways, the original screen protector broke I paid the $9.00 for shipping and they sent me a new one. I had the new one for less thank day and it broke. I called customer service and they directed me to email them the picture of the screen and they would take cate of a replacement at no cost. I at no point in time was told that I needed to return the screen that was cracked/shattered. As of today I had a charge on my credit card for $50, they said that I did not return the damaged screen but I was told that this was going to be a replacement at no cost and they was going to take care of it as I had the screen protector less than a day the 2nd time around. I think it’s really poor that I find out that they charged my account almost six months removed from the situation. I think that this is how they make most of their money, their screen protector are junk and they are ripping people off, this is not right, I was never told at any point in time that I needed to send anything back as they were sending me a screen protector because the replacement cracked in such a short period of time. I did contact them via telephone and talked to Chris A. Who was not helpful at all and kept going around in circles with me and would not get me the supervisor on the phone. He finally put me on hold and then I was hung up on

Bad Warranty Policy. Free replacement but you pay too much to have it shipped. Customer Service reply was it's a free replacement. We have to make some money on the shipping. Bull Crap. For the price I paid $49.99 for a screen that included a free replacement warranty. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

This company has horrible customer service. I tried to order a replacement screen and when I realized I needed to send in the broken one, which the U Fix had thrown away, I deleted that part of the order and just ordered a new screen. I paid for that new screen two months ago. Then this week I was charged by BodyGuardz again for it, stating that I didn't return the broken one. The customer service person was awful, just keeps saying to look at their website and read their policy. Be very careful and watch for unauthorized charges from them to your credit card if you do make a purchase.

I have never had a screen protector crack so easily. I can no longer justify spending money an exorbitant shipping costs to send my free replacement. While other screen protectors last me a good year, these crack and chip so easily it feels like I’m requesting a new one before sending the old one back.
