I honestly cannot say enough good things about my Bodyguardz case! As a toddler mom my phone get thrown, dropped, wet and covered in all sorts of messes and it's only because of my Bodyguardz case that I don't have to replace it every single time. Not to mention, they are super cute and lightweight and their customer service is top notch.

I purchased the Ace Pro for my red iPhone 11 and really like that it shows the color of the case while protecting my phone. I also use the pure edge and love that I really can’t tell its on my phone. Great products, even better customer service.

I have had a BodyGuardz protector on my phone for the last 5 years. It has saved my phone many times when I dropped it. I just recently got a 11pro and made sure that I put the protector on it. I also have many cases from them and they have been great also. I truly recommend this company for any of the phone protection items that they sell.

Bought a screen protector through AT&T. Customer service at AT&T told me free lifetime replacement through bodyguard.com if anything happens to it. I spent $45 on the screen protector for the lifetime replacement. You receive a card that says free lifetime replacement with other information through the company -merchant that you purchased the screen protector replacement does not state there’s a shipping cost whatsoever. Do not buy one from this company or any company that sells this merchandise screen protector . They will charge you almost $8 dollars in shipping fee for your new screen protector & you send back the cracked broken one as well. Don’t forget the cost of shipping it back to them.

Hi Rose! Thank you for your feedback. BodyGuardz offers replacements on their screen protectors; The replacement itself is free, however you are responsible for the shipping and handling cost. This is stated on our website and our registration page. As part of the replacement program, you do have to send back the damaged protector once you have received your new one. Your new replacement will come with a pre-addressed envelope to send that back in and it should only cost you a stamp.
