Bought a warranty for my furniture called the # and talked to a person told me to take pics of it send to a phone # did that twice and still a month later no response from anyone and I get a person on the phone I get put on hold for 1+hours yes 1+hours with my phone playing music my dogs didn't even like on speaker. When they came back on the phone I said wow I have been on hold a long time she said in sorry what can I do for you told her about the hole in my furniture and i had a warranty she said hold please someone will be right with you I said no do not put me back on hold well she did any way, WILL NEVER BUY FROM BOB MILL'S AGAIN.

This is definitely the worst place to buy furniture.... they don't get you the furniture you order and after almost 6 months of waiting they finally sent me my correct mattress. Tried getting in touch with a manager and it didn't help called corporate and that didn't help they just don't care about customers I paid for my furniture up front and still had to wait 6 months before receiving my full order I will definitely never buy or recommend this place to anyone.

I appreciate the helpful young man who guided me throughout the store. I loved the quality and pricing of the furniture!

I loved my sales person Bear at the Tulsa store.. although I bought the protection on all my furniture and needed 1 thing fixed and so I turned it in and I have been waiting 5months for them to get a dresser knob and come fix it!!!! Still not done!! Very unhappy with what we pay and dont receive!

Advertised furniture and price where unavailable day after advertised very disappointing. The sales associate then guides us to similar furniture and long story short the “deal “ that was advertised and brought me in ended in a very disappointing Three card Monty experience for my family.
