Good quality furniture at reasonable prices. Which is one of the only reasons I continue to shop here. But ... The "No Shopper Stalkers" tag line is a complete joke. You will be pounced on the moment you walk through the door and even if you state that you desire no help currently and would like to be left alone, the salespeople will follow you through the store. To be fair, I don't think it is any worse than any other furniture store but I certainly would not say it is better. While I enjoy having available sales people to answer questions if needed, I would really prefer being able to browse in peace without being hovered over so I can get a feel for what I may or may not be interested in. I could understand and somewhat appreciate being pounced on if I were leaving the store (without a purchase) just to ensure there was nothing that I may have overlooked. Please do not advertise that you don't stalk people unless your ensure that it is true. It makes it more overwhelming than if you just didn't advertise anything about it at all.

Great service but our order was put in incorrect so we had to wait a few more days to receive our shipment after it arrived.

Received incorrect and damaged furniture. My attempts to have the store manager return my calls were ignored. I finally drove to the store to confront him in person. Problems were eventually corrected, but they won’t be getting my business again.

The shopping experience was excellent in every way. There were no "Shopper Stalkers" yet, when we needed help with information on products and availability a representative was ready to help and continued with us until the sale was complete. There was no being passed from Sales to Credit to Delivery to payment, our salesperson remained with us the entire way. The prices and quality were excellent and the sales experience through delivery was first-rate! We'll go back.
