They have the worst warranty and repair of any store I have purchased furniture from. I would not recommend anyone purchasing their new furniture here. I have had troubles with my sofa, coutch and love seat since the first week after delivery. It has been at least 5 months now and no resolution or follow up. My new set squeaks just about every time you power the recliners up. Then it takes forever for them to go down like if they don’t have enough power. Last time I spoke with them they tried to tell me it’s normal wear and tear for sofas. I opened a claim weeks after my delivery. They are attempting nothing at all to resolve my issues.
