I have been waiting since November for a chair to come in. I ordered an entire living room set and I did not receive the right chair. I have attempted to call my salesman several times but he has not even responded or returned my call. It is a shame that he called me and responded during my purchase and after the purchase was paid in full I was ignored. I was going to purchase a new bedroom set from Bob Mills, but I will not. I am not happy.

Bad service, did not explain return policy or how their program worked. Horrible experience all the way around. Would not recommend them to anyone. Tried to contact the salesman with the phone number on the card he gave me and was told it was a wrong number.
